Senior Manager, Product Marketing Shore-Ex

Princess Cruise Line, a leading international cruise line and tour company, is seeking a Senior Manager for Product Marketing & Guest Experience. This role will focus on crafting and executing marketing strategies, guest experience, and partnerships, aiming to maximize revenue and build strong brand representation. The company values high guest experiences and focuses on cruise lines with a strong emphasis on innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 10–15 years of marketing experience (cruise line onboard marketing preferred).
• Experience in planning and strategizing communications programs.
• Experience with developing marketing plans, strategic positioning decks, and go-to-market plans.
• Proven project management experience, especially handling cross-functional departments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to present concepts visually.
• Ability to think critically and apply problem-solving skills.
• Ability to negotiate, present, and resolve complex issues.
• Five or more years of management experience.
• Product development experience.
• Must be a Hybrid employee working in the Doral office (Tuesday – Thursday).
