Job Description
Registers patients into the organization's information system for services with exemplary customer service and technical skill. Prepares patients for activities in the medical office and billing department. Collects registration information via interview with patient or their representative, following appropriate departmental procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or higher education
- Associates Degree in related field preferred
- Experience in Medical Office Front Desk / Reception preferred
