Job Description
Hologic is seeking an HR Business Partner for the manufacturing environment to serve as the main point of contact for employees. This role involves driving engagement, talent development, onboarding/offboarding, HR compliance, and performance management, while fostering a positive workplace culture. The position requires onsite presence in Newark, DE.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including 2 years supporting manufacturing workforce needs
- Proven track record in employee relations, performance management, and advising site leaders
- HR generalist experience in manufacturing or industrial operations
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle, and HR technology tools
