Job Description
The Manufacturing HR Leader provides support for day-to-day operations in human resources, including employee relations, recruiting, benefits administration, and payroll. This role involves building relationships with employees and leaders, leading talent strategies, and driving organizational effectiveness and performance. The position reports to the Regional HR Leader and serves a workforce of approximately 450 employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology or related field
- 5+ years’ experience working in human resources, HR business partnership preferred
- Experience leading in a manufacturing environment, union and non-union
- Understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Experience with Success Factors and/or UKG preferred
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to navigate matrixed environment, change management, employee relations, performance management, and strategic thinking
- Approachable, coachable, and open to feedback
