Hologic is seeking a dynamic and driven Surgical Sales Specialist to join our Canadian sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical device sales, with a focus on surgical products. As a Surgical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Hologic’s innovative surgical solutions to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory in collaboration with your Territory Manager.
Requirements
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory in collaboration with your Territory Manager.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, hospital administrators, and other key healthcare stakeholders.
- Conduct product demonstrations, in-service training, and educational workshops for medical professionals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and clinical support, to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors' products, pricing, and strategies to inform sales tactics.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and educational events to network and promote Hologic’s products.
- Provide daily in-person case support for our products in a clinical setting.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies in all activities and communications.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to multiple stakeholders.
- Utilize CRM tools to document sales activities, manage accounts, and maintain accurate records.
