Requirements
- 7+ years of experience working on Unity projects
- Previous experience managing and/or mentoring remote teams with diverse cultural backgrounds
- Significant track record and already released several mobile games (casual games)
- Strong understanding of mobile game development, including pre-production and effort estimation, adherence to best practices, and expertise in managing the release pipeline
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Strong interest in the casual genre and trends
- Experienced in Live Game mechanics and tech: Live Operations, A/B testing, Gameplay systems, assets pipeline, UI/UX, among others
- Strong communication skills for clear, effective, and collaborative interaction across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and shared understanding throughout the development process
