Unity Team Lead

Homa is a global mobile game developer and publisher creating games people love. As a Unity Team Lead, you will drive the development of exceptional games, utilizing internal tools and collaborating with a multicultural team to create innovative features and enhance game mechanics.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working on Unity projects
• Previous experience managing and/or mentoring remote teams with diverse cultural backgrounds
• Significant track record and already released several mobile games (casual games)
• Strong understanding of mobile game development, including pre-production and effort estimation
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Strong interest in the casual genre and trends
• Experienced in Live Game mechanics and tech: Live Operations, A/B testing, Gameplay systems, assets pipeline, UI/UX, among others
• Strong communication skills for clear, effective, and collaborative interaction across cross-functional teams
• Fluent English
