Job Description
As Senior People & Culture / HR Manager, you will be the interface between teams, processes, and culture, accompanying employees and management throughout the entire Employee Lifecycle. You will take over recruiting and payroll, and ensure that people-related topics are implemented operationally reliably.
Requirements
- Several years of operational experience in the People & Culture field
- Generalist focus and experience with software Personio
- Degree or training with a focus on economics, psychology, or a similar field
- Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2)
