Job Description
Join Home of Guiding Hands in improving the lives of children with developmental disabilities and their families. The Early Childhood Services Supervisor provides operational leadership for Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Early Start Therapies (EST) programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or related field
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in early intervention, developmental disability services, or a related human services setting
- Ability to supervise staff, provide coaching and performance feedback, and contribute to workforce planning
- Knowledge of Early Start and California Regional Center systems
- Ability to interpret operational data and use metrics to guide decision-making and performance improvement
