Lead Physical Therapist (EST)

Requirements

• Review of collateral and intake information
• Evaluating a child's ability to move and perform functional activities
• Completion of intake paperwork, assessments, reports, and treatment plans
• Maintenance of ongoing communication with families and members of the ID team
• Conducting research related to families' needs for service and providing resources and educational information
• Mentorship and leadership responsibilities
