At Home of Guiding Hands, we believe early support can change the course of a child’s life. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a meaningful role in helping infants and toddlers (ages 0–3) with developmental delays build strength, mobility, and confidence during their most critical years of growth.
Requirements
- Licensure & Education: Current Physical Therapy license issued by the California Physical Therapy Board. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from a program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
- Minimum of one (1) year of Physical Therapy experience required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of pediatric experience, preferably serving children from birth to five (0–5) years of age.
- Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of hire.
- Must obtain criminal record clearance from the Department of Justice (DOJ).
- Valid California Driver’s License with a safe driving record and at least two (2) years of licensed driving experience.
- Must maintain current and adequate auto insurance.
- Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification if not currently certified (training provided for new hires).
