Lead Speech Language Pathologist (EST)

As a Lead Speech Language Pathologist, you will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality therapy to children ages 0–3 with developmental delays. You will also serve as a leader in early intervention, training, mentoring, and supporting team members, and build strong relationships with families through empathy and clear communication.

Requirements

• Current license from the State of California Speech-Language Pathology Board.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an educational program accredited by The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• Minimum one (1) year SLP experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Minimum one (1) year pediatrics experience (birth to 5 years of age).
• Experience providing constructive feedback, mentoring others, and supporting professional growth of colleagues.
