We are seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to work with children aged 0-3 who have developmental delays. The role offers a $5,000 sign on bonus and includes reimbursement for CEUs and licensing fees, mileage reimbursement, paid sick and vacation time, medical and dental benefits, and a 403(b) retirement plan.
Requirements
- Current Occupational Therapy license from the State of California Occupational Therapy Board (CBOT)
- Master's degree in occupational therapy from a program approved by the National Board of Certified Occupational Therapists (NBCOT)
- Minimum one (1) year of OT experience, with at least one (1) year of experience in pediatrics (birth to 5 years)
- Valid California Driver's license with a safe driving record, held for at least two years
- Current and adequate auto insurance
- Ability to obtain CPR/FA certification (training is available)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Collaborative mindset with strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to form positive and professional working relationships
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Excellent time management and the ability to work independently
- Ability to maintain cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a big plus
