Job Description
Homebase is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to accelerate customer growth. The role involves developing and executing acquisition strategies across multiple channels, optimizing key metrics, and leading a cross-functional growth team. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader focused on data-driven decision making and a customer-obsessed problem solver.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Growth Marketing
- 5+ years leading teams in fast-growth environments
- Experience scaling paid digital, SEO/GEO, and content marketing
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing tools and advanced analytics
- Expertise in performance analysis and rapid strategic pivots
- Track record of hitting aggressive growth targets in competitive markets
