We are looking for a strategic marketing operator to act as the right hand to the Head of Growth; someone who can bring order, structure, and follow-through to a fast-moving, high-impact team.
Requirements
- 5+ years marketing experience
- Proven ability to lead B2B growth initiatives in a fast-moving environment; startup or entrepreneurial experience a strong plus.
- Track record owning digital campaigns and funnel performance
- Ability to switch between strategy, execution, and ops seamlessly
- Confident copy and content editor with an eye for design.
- Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, paid media platforms, and analytics tools.
