Requirements

- Providing regular reporting and metrics to the Director of Development to enable effective decision-making.
- Collaborating with the Director of Development, your peers and the Principal Engineer to align technical and product strategies.
- Overseeing the technical and architectural design processes.
- Overseeing the technical strategy implementation.
- Tracking the system performance according to Non-Functional requirements and ensuring adherence.
- Leading internal functional and cross-functional projects to optimize the development process.
