Requirements

• Acting as a supporting leader for individual contributors (Software engineers) in one or more small teams.
• Responsible for supporting the education and vision of the individuals in a team to align their direction and drive performance and outcomes.
• Foster and advocate for Lean-Agile ways of working.
• Lean-Agile change agent.
• People and skills management.
• Ensuring the product’s technical excellence.
• Software and solution architecture.
• Recruitment and retention.
• Onboarding and training.
• Ensuring effective collaboration and communication with related functions.
• Hiring, mentoring, and managing performance within the team.
• Continuously improve delivery flow by advocating and implementing Lean-Agile practices.
• Monitoring and analyzing team performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Providing regular reporting and metrics to the Director of Development to enable effective decision-making.
• Collaborating with the Director of Development, your peers and the Principal Engineer to align technical and product strategies.
• Overseeing the technical and architectural design processes.
• Overseeing the technical strategy implementation.
• Tracking the system performance according to Non-Functional requirements and ensuring adherence.
• Leading internal functional and cross-functional projects to optimize the development process.
