Senior Implementation Consultant, Clinical

Homecare Homebase is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to support clients in the deployment of their home health and hospice software. This role focuses on ensuring successful implementation, adopting the product, and guiding customers through the entire process, from setup to training. The consultant will also contribute to maintaining product knowledge and collaborating with internal teams to improve team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or equivalent combination of college and work experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in home health or hospice field.
• Experience in customer service/support or training on software applications.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems and lead a team.
• Effective communication of deployment risks.
• Prioritization of workload and delegation.
• Passion for customer service.
• Ability to function with minimal supervision.
• Effective leadership and ownership abilities.
