Job Description
HomeServe is seeking a Legal Counsel to advise on legal matters, including anti-corruption, data protection, ESG, commercial and insurance, and internal compliance. The role involves developing guidelines, conducting risk analyses, and securing contracts with stakeholders. A central link between local and regional stakeholders and the UK-based headquarters, the Legal Counsel will advise on tax and work as a strategic advisor.
Requirements
- Completed law studies or business law
- Several years of experience in compliance or legal functions
- Deep understanding of relevant legal areas (trade, insurance, data protection)
- Analytical skills and accuracy
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Professionalism, integrity, and entrepreneurial thinking
