Job Description
The Legal Counsel will assess legal aspects of new business models and projects in the e-learning environment, advising management and teams on legal and strategic issues. Responsibilities include reviewing and creating contractual documents, conducting negotiations, updating terms and conditions, supporting information security, and ensuring data protection compliance. The role involves active participation in strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Successfully completed legal studies (1st and 2nd state examination) or a Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Legal expertise in civil law, contract law, IT law, and data protection law.
- Relevant professional experience, e.g., through legal clerkship.
- Curiosity to learn new topics and intrinsic motivation.
- Willingness to take responsibility and make decisions independently.
