Homeward is rearchitecting the delivery of health and care in partnership with communities everywhere, starting in rural America. We seek a full-time Care Navigator passionate about helping people in rural communities in the Battle Creek area.
Requirements
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program from an accredited program or school
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of experience in high-touch, patient-facing roles, preferably with seniors
