Job Description
Homeward is a healthcare delivery company focused on rural America, aiming to improve access to quality care and address health disparities. They partner with communities and healthcare providers to align incentives and expand clinical capacity in rural areas. The role involves both in-person and virtual care, with a focus on both acute and chronic disease management.
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN, DNP, or equivalent)
- Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Michigan
- Current DEA registration
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- Passion for delivering care in rural America
- Experience working on a small fast-paced team (a plus)
- Experience with connected devices/IoT (a plus)
