Ruby on Rails Engineer - SL

We are looking for an experienced Ruby on Rails Engineer to join our growing development team. The role involves developing new features, maintaining an existing web application, contributing to architectural and technical decision-making, participating in code reviews, and working efficiently in a collaborative environment. Strong Rails expertise and experience with modern development practices are expected.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Demonstrated experience working on fast-paced development teams.
• Familiarity with Rails 7+, PostgreSQL, Hotwire, and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with RSpec and Heroku.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive mindset.
• Evidence of coding experience (hackathons, personal projects) is a plus.
