Ruby on Rails Engineer - SL

We are looking for an experienced Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of new features and maintenance of an existing web application. The role requires strong Rails expertise and collaboration with a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position involves architectural and technical decision-making, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Demonstrated experience working on fast-paced development teams.
• Familiarity with Rails 7+, PostgreSQL, Hotwire, and Tailwind CSS in a production environment.
• Experience with RSpec and Heroku is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
• Positive attitude and a proactive mindset.
• Evidence of coding experience beyond working experiences is desirable.
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities, preferably with prior experience working with distributed teams.
