Honest Health is looking for a Sr. Actuarial Analyst to support the development of monthly financial forecasts for Provider Organization (PO) partners in ACO REACH, MSSP, and Medicare Advantage. The role will collaborate cross-functionally to optimize processes and value clinical models and drive insights through data analysis and modeling.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
- Progress toward or attainment of relevant actuarial certification (e.g., ASA, FSA) and a member in good standing with the American Academy of Actuaries
- 2+ years of experience in actuarial roles
- Experience in actuarial modeling, pricing, reserving, and risk management within healthcare
- Relevant experience with Medicare Advantage bid preparation is preferred
- Strong analytical and modeling skills using Excel
- Strong data analysis skills using SQL and/or SAS
- Excellent prioritization and communication skills
