Community Support Facilitator

Hope Services is seeking a Community Support Facilitator to provide support and leadership to consumers with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. The role involves engaging consumers in community activities, developing opportunities, advocating for their needs, and ensuring safe and compliant service delivery. Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid California driver’s license and clear driving record.
• Knowledge of normalization principles.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain training).
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of alternative communication systems.
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Flexibility with scheduling and work environment
