Job Coach

New Horizons, a nonprofit, seeks a self-starter to be a Job Coach for special needs adults. This part-time job requires no experience, with flexible availability and a competitive rate of $22.25-23.25.

Requirements

• Orients the member to the work setting.
• Develops a daily work schedule.
• Trains the member to complete job duties.
• Teaches appropriate workplace behavior and attitudes.
• Assists the member develop relationships with co-workers.
• Must speak English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with special needs / developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Driver's License for 3+ years required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be willing to drive an 8-passanger van.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
