Cook - Per Diem

The Cook - Per Diem is responsible for preparing and serving meals for patients and staff at Hospital for Behavioral Medicine. The role requires at least two years of experience in quantity cooking, knowledge of modified diets, and food service sanitation training.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in quantity cooking
• Basic knowledge of modified diets
• Training in food service sanitation
• Possession of food service food handler's permit
• Experience utilizing industrial kitchen equipment and utensils
• Prior kitchen supervisory experience (helpful)
