Job Description
The Director of Outpatient Services provides leadership and strategic planning of the outpatient program at the Hospital for Behavioral Medicine in Worcester, MA. Responsibilities include administrative processes, management systems, and development of clinical treatment programs.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, social work, or related mental health field; Masters Degree required.
- Appropriate Massachusetts state licensure in mental health preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of three (3) years experience in advanced clinical/management practice
- Strong knowledge of The Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA regulations, and patient rights standards and all other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing mental health care facilities
