Job Description
The Program Director will oversee daily operation of evidence based practice/best practice programming, provide clinical supervision, and support program development and organizational objectives. The role requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in a psychiatric health care setting and a Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field.
Requirements
- Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a psychiatric health care setting or equivalent
- Massachusetts State license in social work or clinical related mental health field (LICSW) preferred
