Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or partnership management
- Product marketing experience is a big advantage
- Experience with OKR planning frameworks
- Proven track record of acquiring and scaling affiliate partners successfully
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with main marketing digital tools and affiliate platforms
