Affiliate Manager for Hostinger Horizons

Hostinger is seeking an Affiliate Manager to join their Affiliate team and play a critical role in affiliate acquisition for a new product, Hostinger Horizons (AI, no code, web app builder). This role involves full ownership of affiliate marketing activities, building strategic partnerships, and driving product growth. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a data-driven approach to campaign performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or partnership management.
• Experience with OKR planning frameworks.
• Proven track record of acquiring and scaling affiliate partners successfully.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with main marketing digital tools.
• Analytical mindset.
• Self-starter with a growth-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with affiliate networks, platforms, and tracking tools.
