Job Description
We're looking for a Night Receptionist to join our Moxy Milan Malpensa Airport team. As a Night Crew Member, you will be responsible for running the night audit, preparing the hotel for the next day, and providing excellent guest service. You will be a key part of our Moxy OPS team, working closely with other crew members to create a fun and relaxed environment for our guests.
Requirements
- Confident communicator comfortable in a fast-paced service focused role
- Proactive problem solver and team player
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros
- Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws
- Personal experience of travel & travel industry
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Italian
