Job Description
We're looking for a Reception/Bar Shift Leader (Crew Leader) to join our team at Moxy Milan Malpensa Airport. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, proactive problem solver, and team player who can create a fun and relaxed environment for guests. They should have high energy, be skilled at multitasking, and have a good understanding of hotel systems, food safety laws, and the travel industry.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a management/supervisor role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance hard work with great service
- Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros
- Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws
- Personal experience of travel and travel industry
