1-2 years of experience as a cook, sushi experience desired, and ability to work all shifts
ROOM ATTENDANT
Flexible schedule, English proficiency, 5-star service, cleaning equipment operation, and knowledge of hotel standards
STATIONARY ENGINEER - GRAVEYARD
High school degree, 2-5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and repair of HVAC and electrical systems, certification in electrical and mechanical trade
F&B COORDINATOR / HOST
High School Diploma, 1-2 years of experience, and certifications required
BANQUET MANAGER
Two years of experience in banquets or food and beverage operations, one-year supervisory experience, and a valid California Food Handler Certification and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification are required
CONFERENCE SERVICE MANAGER
A minimum of 2 years-catering sales experience in the corporate and social markets, with a four-year college degree preferred
SERVER ASSISTANT
Must possess a valid California Food Handler Certification and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification, or be willing and able to obtain both upon hire
CATERING MANAGER
Some College plus 3+ years sales or catering related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
KANPAI BARTENDER
1 year of bartending experience, high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication and organizational skills
IMPERIAL LOUNGE ATTENDANT
Previous experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or VIP service, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and professional appearance and demeanor required
