CATERING MANAGER

Catering Sales Manager responsible for developing business through direct sales solicitation, securing new accounts, and executing tactical sales plans to maximize profitability while maintaining guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Some College plus 3+ years sales or catering related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of hotel and food & beverage operations preferred
• Must speak fluent English
