Job Description
Hotelchamp is seeking an Interim VP of Strategy & Growth to drive sustainable revenue growth and improve commercial alignment during a defining growth period. The role offers the opportunity to shape strategy, strengthen execution, and build the commercial foundation for the next stage of scale.
Requirements
- Proven experience as VP Growth, VP Strategy, CRO, or senior commercial leader within SaaS or a fast-scaling startup
- Strong experience aligning Marketing, RevOps, Sales, and Customer Success
- Track record of driving revenue growth and improving NRR
- Experience working closely with founders or CEOs
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, pragmatic approach
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity while maintaining execution momentum
- Strong leadership presence and ability to coach senior team members
- Data-driven and structured, without creating unnecessary bureaucracy
