Requirements
- Execute and optimize the regional account activation plan, targeting local SME (MKB) businesses
- Drive corporate room nights, long-stay business, and meetings & events revenue
- Promote our distinctive meeting & event spaces
- Proactively generate new business through cold acquisition, networking, and local partnerships
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Align closely with hotel General Managers and operational teams to ensure seamless execution
- Collaborate with Revenue & Reservations teams to maximize rate strategy and profitability
- Represent Odyssey at trade fairs, business events, and local networking platforms
- Monitor market developments and competitor activity
- Apply Odyssey’s sales standards, CRM processes, and reporting structure consistently
