Job Description
The Houston Country Club is seeking a Part-time Pastry Cook for a high-volume bakery. The role involves preparing dough, scooping ice cream and cookies, setting up a la carte line, assisting with overall bakery production, and serving as a relief for the Baker position. Candidates should be detail-oriented, passionate about providing exceptional service, and collaborative team players. Requirements
- Requires Culinary degree from an accredited culinary institute
- Must have the knowledge of basic culinary fundamentals
- Must be able to communicate in and have a basic comprehension of the English language
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule and/or over time as needed
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Must be able to lift, pull, and push moderate to heavy amount of weight
- Must be courteous and tactful
