Job Description
Houston Country Club is seeking both full-time and part-time Servers to provide excellent service in their dining establishments. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting guests. The company offers competitive benefits and a four-day work week.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant server experience
- Desire to serve others and a commitment to high-quality service
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills and attention to detail
- Team player with diplomatically fostering relationships
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
- TABC current certification
- Schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays
- English language proficiency
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate to heavy weight (50+ lbs)
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to build rapport with guests
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Perform other restaurant duties as assigned
