High school degree (or equivalent). Experience with CNC machines is a plus. 6S and maintenance standards are key
Manufacturing Engineer - Continuous Improvement
Experience with flow principles, value stream mapping, and understanding of production systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in process improvement and project leadership
Manufacturing Engineer - Entry Level, Continuous Improvement
Strong communication & problem solving skills are needed. Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects. Willingness to work with shop floor staff to document current conditions
Progressive Forming Engineer
Develop tooling concepts, perform analysis, and design tooling. Debug prototypes, coordinate with vendors, and follow process
Assistant Controller
Understanding business needs, expertise in data analysis, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. Experience with GAAP and IFRS is preferred
Quality Engineer (Aerospace)
Customer review, policy implementation, root cause analysis, and audit preparation. Experience with AS9100/NADCAP is preferred. Knowledge of quality codes and standards is also vital
