Job Description
The Global Supplier Quality Manager will lead and manage the supplier quality function, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards. This role involves developing and improving supplier quality systems, driving corrective actions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting new product development. The position focuses on risk mitigation and continuous improvement of supplier performance.
Requirements
- Develop and implement global supplier quality standards aligned with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
- Lead supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) with suppliers.
- Establish and monitor supplier quality KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align supplier quality objectives with business and customer requirements.
