Job Description
Howmet Aerospace is seeking an experienced Professional to lead the Continuous Improvement efforts at their LaPorte, Indiana location and in Cleveland, OH. This role focuses on implementing Lean principles, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The Manager will work closely with employees at all levels to drive adoption of CI practices.
Requirements
- Experience in Lean principles and continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of operational efficiency and waste reduction.
- Ability to analyze P&L statements and identify cost reduction opportunities.
- Leadership and facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of value stream mapping and other Lean tools.
