Job Description
Howmet Aerospace is seeking an Environmental Engineer to join their Wichita Falls, Texas facility. The role involves maintaining a strong EHS culture, managing regulatory compliance, and leading environmental initiatives. This position is crucial for ensuring compliance, minimizing waste, and operational efficiency within a fast-growing aerospace company.
Requirements
- Maintain a culture that is aligned with Howmet’s EHS goals and objectives
- Manage, direct, coach, lead and motivate plant personnel to achieve EHS goals and objectives
- Assist in the development and implementation of Environmental, Health and Safety programs and activities
- Manage environmental issues, regulatory reports, permits, and records
- Develop and execute management systems for EHS compliance
- Ensure compliance with relevant federal, state, and Howmet programs
