Job Description
Howmet Aerospace is seeking a Machine Tech II, Davenport in Torrance, CA, to operate and troubleshoot Multi-spindle davenport machines. This role focuses on setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery according to procedures and standard processes. They are a global leader in aerospace fastening systems and focus on jet engine components and aerospace manufacturing.
Requirements
- Proficiently sets up, operates, and troubleshoots machinery for self/others
- Sets up machines, according to work orders and company products
- Checks parts with standard gauges or precision measuring instruments
- Operates machines to ensure proper functioning and releases
- Performs SPC Charting
- Keeps work area clean and orderly
- Performs other assigned tasks
