Job Description
Howmet Aerospace Inc. is seeking a Operations Manager to lead manufacturing excellence, drive customer satisfaction, and improve plant performance. This role involves coordinating activities, talent resourcing, developing talent, executing process strategies, and ensuring a safe and compliant environment. The manager will also be responsible for leading teams and ensuring continuous improvement across the manufacturing process.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in plant operations and/or manufacturing
- Minimum of five (5) years of management experience
- Experience in aerospace and or machining operation (preferred)
- Financial management experience (preferred)
