Job Description
The Quality Manager will be responsible for managing the Howmet Engine Systems Quality Department, ensuring the plant's product reliability and customer satisfaction. This includes formulating and maintaining quality control visions, coordinating with production and other management teams, and overseeing corrective actions, audits, and supplier performance. Strong leadership and strategic thinking are key to success.
Requirements
- Develop and implement systems and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Interact with customers regarding quality issues and solutions.
- Oversee Corrective Action, internal and external audits and customer returns.
- Develop and implement systems and procedures to monitor and manage vendors.
- Develop and implement systems and procedures to ensure that all products meet product specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee all compliance activities including Nadcap, AS9100, AS13100, ISO9001, ASTM specifications, and Internal quality specifications.
