Financial Analyst 2

This role is responsible for providing expertise to R2R project teams, participating in cross-functional initiatives, and guiding process improvements and policy establishment. The role collaborates with finance leaders to influence strategic and tactical decision-making and conducts complex financial analysis to achieve objectives effectively.

Requirements

• Provides expertise to R2R functional project teams and participates in cross-functional initiatives.
• Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies for finance processes
• Leads and drives finance process improvement initiatives, overseeing analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance.
• Represents the R2R function during cross-regional or cross-functional projects and process discussions.
• Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and provides mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.
