Requirements

• Perform complex financial analysis for specific functions or business units
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis for specific functions or business units
• Participate in cross-functional teams as a representative of the finance domain
• Establish and maintain relationships with business leaders to guide and influence decision-making
• Support policy and process enhancement, identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and organizational growth
• Drive the forecasting process (weekly, monthly, and long term) by analyzing trends within the businesses and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
• Provide information and counsel in the areas of controls, budgeting, and planning, return on investment decisions, and the development of overall business plans and strategies
• Solve difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently
• Lead moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professionally written reports, and supports the realization of operational and strategic plans
• Provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level roles, thereby aiming to enhance individual as well as organizational performance
