General Counsel (Legal & Compliance) - B2B SaaS (RegTech)

This role is for a General Counsel (Head of Legal & Compliance) leading the global legal and compliance function for a B2B SaaS company serving fintech, banking, gaming, and other regulated sectors. The company is scaling globally, requiring strong leadership in managing legal and compliance risks while enabling business growth. Key responsibilities include strategy development, legal advice, compliance oversight, and team management.

Requirements

• Law degree (LLB or equivalent)
• 5+ years of progressive legal experience
• Experience in managing legal and compliance functions within SaaS, fintech, or RegTech companies
• Strong expertise in commercial contracts, data protection, corporate law, and compliance frameworks
• Proven track record of leading legal & compliance teams in multi-jurisdictional environments
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
